Cancelation & No Call/No Show
We ask clients to please notify us at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. Although we understand unexpected situations happen and clients may need to cancel or reschedule at the last minute. It is important to us that clients call the office or send a message by email to cancel their appointment. For clients who schedule online can automatically cancel or reschedule their appointment within 2 hours of their appointment. 
If a no call/no show occurs clients will be charged full price for the service. Clients will receive a phone call in regard to their appointment but if no response occurs the appointment will be charged with the client's card on file. 


"NOTE" We ask clients who schedule online to make sure your appointment is cancelled otherwise it will be considered a no show.

Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment may then lose time off their session or may have to reschedule another day. *NOTE* If your massage is shortened due to being late clients will not receive a discount and will pay full price for session.

Special Instructions
New clients will be asked to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier for their appointment if forms are NOT submitted online. For those who have completed and submitted both forms online may arrive at their scheduled time.

3) Only new clients will receive the $10 off promo unless we are running another promo for certain services.

4) FIRST TIME (NEW) CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR FIRST SESSION AND PROVIDE A CURRENT CREDIT CARD NUMBER in order to schedule an appointment online. Your card will NOT be charged as long as you follow the cancelation policy. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged full price for the session.

   b) Once logged in original price will occur at check out
4) Select a Date
5) Select a time that is available
6) Login information:
   a) Use FB, Google, or Apple account​
   b) Create an account or login in with Vagaro account
   c) New clients may fill out forms before appointment (Medical History & Consent forms)
7) Check out 
8) All set and scheduled (Make sure you receive a confirmation by text or email)
